EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
SPAIN (Mainland & Balearic Islands)
ONLINE EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you wish, you may exchange or return your order within a maximum period of **15 calendar days** from the date you receive it. To do so, please follow these instructions:
Send an email with your order number to [devoluciones@tembleke.com](mailto:devoluciones@tembleke.com)** indicating that you would like to make an exchange/return.
Prepare your order with the items you wish to return in the packaging in which you received it.
We will arrange collection of the parcel from the shipping address.
COSTS
TEMBLEKE is not responsible for the costs of exchanges/returns, but we will help manage the process.
Return shipping costs borne by the customer will be **€7.95 per returned order**. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer must return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labels intact, properly packed in its original box and correctly protected. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received.
REFUND
TEMBLEKE will issue a refund of the amount paid once the returned product has been received and its condition verified. The refund will be made within a maximum period of **15 calendar days** from receipt of the customer’s withdrawal notice. All refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
INTERNATIONAL (Including Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla)ONLINE INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES & RETURNS
To change size, model, or color, you must return the order/item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the product you want to receive. Please follow these instructions:
Send an email with your order number to devoluciones@tembleke.com stating that you would like to make an exchange.
We will send you instructions or, if needed, a label that you must print and attach to the box in which you received your order.
Purchase the product you wish to receive as a replacement through our website or in one of our physical stores.
Please remember to write Att: RETURN AND REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure quick processing through any customs office it may pass through. Failure to include this information may cause delays in the return — and in the worst case, customs may send the package back to your address.
COSTS
TEMBLEKE is not responsible for return costs, but we will always help manage the process. Shipping costs borne by the customer for returns will be similar to the original shipping costs and will be communicated at the time the return is requested. These costs will be deducted from the refund issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
